SO WHAT IS Mānuka honey?

Mānuka is a special type of honey from New Zealand made by bees that pollinate the Mānuka bush (Leptospermum scoparium). What sets it apart from regular honey is its unique antibacterial and healing properties. Mānuka is high in MGO (methylglyoxal).
